The SteriPen gets really mixed reviews no matter where you look. Pretty much everyone agrees that it is a great idea, but many seem to feel that it is not quite ready for the demands of the field.
This is my 4th Canon camera and my 10th or so digital, having ventured into the world of digital photography in 1998 or so. Later I replaced my film SLR with a Canon 10d and most recently a Canon 50d. Kellie and I spend a lot of vacation time in the tropics and love to Dive and Snorkel, so the hunt for a waterproof digital camera was on.
Like every Petzl headlamp, the Petzl Tikka Plus 2 comes in a compact and durable package with great battery life. This headlamp comes with a red led mode that few other headlamps come with. I love this feature as I enjoy reading a bit at night in the tent before falling asleep. It is wonderful because it doesn’t affect your night vision as much as the normal white light mode.
